We were staying next door at the inn and this place was recommended for breakfast. My husband and I had been traveling for a while so we ordered the Lebanese breakfast and the beans for something different. It was delicious, didn’t feel heavy yet was very filling. Everything tasted fresh and healthy and the coffee was good too. I’m glad I found it on our first day because I have a feeling I’ll be coming back for breakfast and lunch for the next couple of days.

This is the restaurant that spiraled me into my purple sweet potato powder drink addiction. I’d never even heard of it until I came here. It’s one of my favorite beverages now to this day. I got the Lebanese breakfast and my wife got the wrap. The food is light and delicious. The hash browns are the best we’ve ever eaten, they’re crisp patties that are fried. So good. We sat outside and got a great view to the street. Overall just a peaceful place and great way to start your day at the Vineyard!

I was looking for a breakfast spot on Martha’s Vineyard that had some gluten free options. We found Aalia’s through a Google search. I got the Lebanese Breakfast, which was mostly gluten free. It came with pita bread, which I gave to my husband. But the eggs were great. They came with a bed of arugula that was fresh and bright. The macha latte was beautifully crafted and delicious.

i’ve been waiting years to find really good coffee in downtown OB and was thrilled to find Aalia’s on my last visit. the cardamom cortado was amazing! i circled back later that day to grab another cortado before heading to the airport because it was just that good! the location is perfect and the staff is friendly. 10/10

Overall a good rating though expect to wait, especially on the weekends. The staff moves at a glacial place and the back of the house needs another cook. Very crowded inside and the small layout is not set up for the line that forms. Lebanese breakfast is excellent, coffee is above average. Take your food to go or sit outside if one of 5 seats aren't taken.

Great coffee but a major wait time. It's crowded and small. If you sit, people will be breathing over you at your table. The coffee is worth the wait. The breakfast food looked amazing. Tell em Barsnobs sent ya!

The food at this place is surprisingly outstanding. The Soft Egg Sandwich was the highlight of my entire week on the Vineyard! Seriously well done. Overall, staff were super friendly. There was just one guy making the cappuccinos who was a bit snide when I raved about my meal. Otherwise great experience.

This is a gem - charming, bright interior, amazing food and lattes, friendly service. I was looking for a breakfast spot with sit down service, which was hard to find on a Wednesday before Memorial Day, but this counter service place delivered (and then some). The portions are huge, very reasonably priced, and every component is thoughtful (chives in the eggs, homemade honey butter, etc). We had a cardamon latte, vanilla latte, the big breakfast, the brown sugar challah french toast, and a side of sausage. Everything was perfection - fluffy biscuit, crispy mashed potato hashbrown, and some of the best french toast I've ever had (fluffy and custardy inside with crispy edges did not even need syrup, though the honey butter made it sing even more!). Could easily share one entree between two people, but was so happy to be able to try so many things. The lattes were perfectly made (and worth the wait for such a well done drink). Go here, try as many things as you can, you won't regret it.
